Abstract: Using the model of Panel Data, this paper analyses the impact which Shanghai urban inhabitants’ disposable income exerts on recreation expenditure between different income. The empirical analysis result shows that: (1) in the long run, there isn’t stable influence which disposable income exerts on recreation expenditure; (2) there is great difference in Shanghai urban inhabitants recreation expenditure and disposable income, and the stable corresponding relationship between recreation expenditure and disposable income isn’t exist. Then, this article has made further research based on time binding and multiplicity of recreation way.
