October 3 to 7, under the leadership of the assistant secretary-general of the municipal government, the chairman of the office of the World Leisure Expo Ye Min, a body of the office of the World Leisure Expo, Hangzhou Normal University and Xiaoshan Qu departments associated personnel going to the United States on exchange visits, and to promote the second world leisure expo.

During the exchange visit, the delegation seizes every favorable opportunity to carry out extensive contacts, vigorously expand cooperation, and pool the international resources actively for the second World Leisure Expo. During the Council of the World Leisure Organization, the delegation also took the opportunities of participate the open ceremony of the University of Northern Iowa new sports leisure center, communicated with member of congress Braley, the headmaster of the University of Northern Iowa Allen, the vice president of the Northern Michigan University Susan, and other world leisure sports officials, experts, introducing the World Leisure Expo in Hangzhou and relevant information about the development of leisure industry, inviting them to visit Hangzhou, and to jointly participate the World Leisure Expo.
