Free services to be provided:
1. Inclusions of the 3m × 3m standard booth provided free of charge: three side boards ( 1000mm × 2300mm ), a lintel board ( 350mm × 3000mm ), a table, two folding chairs, a 220v power socket [ 5A ] and two spotlights;
2. Each exhibition booth will be provided free of charge with two exhibition access cards, three cards for exhibition set-up and removal;
3. Regular cleaning and 24-hour security at the exhibition venue will be provided free of charge.
Exhibitors' Duties
1. Exhibitors shall arrange the set-up;
2. Exhibitors shall make arrangements for their staff;
3. Exhibitors shall keep properly their exhibits;
4. Exhibitors shall make arrangements for their own transport, transportation, food and accommodation;
5. Exhibitors shall arrange the exhibition removal.
Charged Services to Be Provided:
1. Booth design, exhibition set-up and tailored decorations of the booths
2. Employing temporary working staff.
